Amusement parks is a term which means that a location where a large number of crowd coming for enjoyment. It is simply called a city park or playgrounds. For providing different types of recreation, especially for children’s used different amusement park equipments such as:
Bumper CarsBumper cars are mostly used in amusement parks for recreation. Basically its works on Newton third law of motion which is “Every action have an equal reaction but opposite in direction”. These bumper cars are colliding with each other and run on electricity. Each car has a rubber bumper all round it which diffuses the force of collection when it collides. These cars are also called dashing cars, dodgem cars and dodgems.
Climbing WallsClimbing walls are mostly used for indoor climbing. It is an artificial wall with grips for hands and feet. Mostly two types of walls are placed in different amusement parks. First type of wall is made from plywood which is also called “woody”. Second type of wall is constructed by granite which is very popular in peoples. Except both of these some other types of walls are also used which is constructed by different materials such as pre-made fiberglass panels, large trees, steel & aluminum panels, and textured fiberglass. These walls are also used for outdoor climbing.
Inflatable BouncerInflatable bouncers are specially made for children’s recreation. Kids are jumping on it and bounce in the air. These inflatable is made from synthetic fabric and available in different sizes. A medium size inflatable bouncer needed fan with minimum two horsepower for air filling. Sometimes it is used in different sports like boxing rings, water football, tug of war and other games.
PlaygroundPlayground is designed for children’s to play there. It is commonly used in outdoors but sometime it also used for indoor. In modern days playgrounds have recreational equipments likes, seesaw, spring rider, monkey bars, overhead ladder, trapeze rings, playhouses, and mazes which give children’s lot of recreation as well as enjoyment.
Ride On ToyRide on Toys is also providing recreation for kids. It is also very popular in toddlers. It is like a vehicle which body resemblance an animals like turtle, horse, and other animals. These toys are made from plastic and provide recreation for toddlers.
SlidesSlides are also used in amusement parks. The slides are made from plastic or metal. The first slide was installed in Wick steed Park in 1922 which was invented by Charles Wick steed. In amusement parks it is a larger and much higher with parallel slides. It is used for sliding in swimming pools and also called water slide. In Australia playground slides are also called slippery slide or slippery dip.
Water BallsIt is a large inflatable sphere which is used for walk across the body of water. In UK these types of balls are used in lakes and swimming pools to keep children fit. It is commonly made from polyvinyl chloride. When it is used in cold waters then it is made from Thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU). It is commonly made in china and available in different sizes. The mostly used water ball weight is 15 kg.
These park equipments are available in all parks which provide more recreation and enjoyment. People also like these equipments and preferring to go in that parks which installed these equipments.
